Elizabeth Millar Bullard (1861-1941) was born on March 19 in Columbus, Georgia, the daughter of Horace Pratt and Julia Silva Bullard. A 1925 graduate of the University of Georgia, Mrs. Bullard married Bernice Frost Bullard (1854-1916) on December 3, 1891. Mr. Bullard was a prominent dealer in naval stores in Savannah, in addition to being an organizer of the Atlantic National Bank in Jacksonville, Florida.
